Absolutely incredible bang for the buck hotel. We got the superior double bed room and were amazed at how nice and clean they were. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The included breakfast was great, with a lot of options. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional, with a lot of quality choices. The best thing is the staff - they are so kind and helpful, we've never seen such staff anywhere else. One staff member I'd really like to shout-out is Kirill at the reception. He was super excited for us, gave us some incredible recommendations for places to visit, explained us the city and overall seems to be a top notch worker. Our trip would truly not be the same without Kirill. We'll be sure to book again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping ensuring that everything was spotless each day. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its convenient location near public transport, making it easy to get around the city without any hassle. Whether you need to catch a bus or metro, everything is just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. I would definitely return on my next visit!

The hotel is really nice and big, the stuff was very helpful, we could left our luggage after check out since our plane was much later. The room is really clean, we had it cleaned every day by the staff, new towels also. The location is great too, you have metro station across the street, metro is very frequent, we did not have to wait more than 3min to come, and it takes around 12min to come to the city centre. The breakfast is delicious, it gives you variety of choices, and everyday there is some change.

We stayed at Hotel Duo for two nights and had a good experience. We found the hotel parking a bit too expensive, so we parked at a nearby P+R, which was much cheaper. The hotel is large but very well-organized, and we loved the overall atmosphere. We were on the 6th floor, so we enjoyed a nice view from our room. The room itself was good enough, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and we always found something to enjoy. While we didn’t try the bar or restaurant, the hotel felt very clean and well-maintained overall. The location is another big plus—there’s a metro station just across the street, making it super convenient to get to Prague’s city center. Staff were friendly and professional, and the value for money was excellent.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy and they were cleaned every day. The breakfast was better than my expectation and I can also say the same about the dinner. The location was outside the city center, so no traffic-related problems, and the hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the metro station. You can get to the city center using metro in 10-15 minutes.

Travelled by train, and the metro has a direct line with only 6 stops from the train station. All day check in/out. Good to have tea/coffee in the room, and the room is nice and comfy.

Everything was perfect this was the second time we stayed there. We had gone to Prague for medical reason and the Hotel was very comfortable and close to our clinic

The hotel is so functional rather than touristic or historical such as hotels in the old town of Prague. The building has a flavour of the communistic era. However, as my stay was for the purpose of duty travel of business, I loved this functional hotel. The hotel bill is reasonable and the staffs are smiling, kind, and efficient. The breakfast, dinner, and bar were excellent for the price. The metro station is adjacent to the hotel and the supermarket Lidl is also in the vicinity.

Room and bed sheets were super clean. Breakfast was good. Line C Connects to city easily. The staff AUSTIN was the only smiling and nice front desk/reception person. Hotel interior is modern.

Hotel Duo offers excellent service for an excellent price. It is true that the price changes depending on the day of the week or some events at Výstaviště Letňany, but it is fabulously valuable. The rooms are very cosy and clean, the bathrooms are wonderful and all members of staff are really kind towards their guests. I loved the breakfast, we had it twice and it was amazing both times. The location is excellent, the metro platforms are under 5 minutes away and the city centre is about 10 stations away, so it’s around 25 minutes from Wenceslas Square all the way to your room.
